Holly, the founder and director of Evolve Skin Spa, has been perfecting her craft as a licensed medical esthetician for over 22 years.

Passionate about helping her clients look and feel their best, she’s always on the hunt for the most effective, cutting-edge treatments. Holly’s go-to services are microneedling and custom chemical peels—because who doesn’t love glowing, refreshed skin?

When she’s not in the spa transforming complexions, Holly’s out enjoying life with her husband, Aaron, and their two amazing daughters.

A true San Diego native, Katie is dedicated to taking care of your skin and making you feel refreshed, youthful, and ready to embrace your best self!

Katie is a Physician Assistant with a foundation based in Emergency Medicine. Passionate about skin care, she has dedicated her time to dermatology and aesthetic medicine for the past 4 years. Katie is proficient in our medical treatments, and is a real artist when it comes to neuromodulators and fillers!

In her free time, she enjoys travel, food and wine, and can typically be found chasing her three little kiddos all around town!

Meredith is an Ohio turned Southern California Girl. Meredith is physician associate and has over 11 years experience in aesthetics, lasers and injectables specializing in in enhancing ones natural beauty. Her goal is to help patients love the skin they’re in.

Meredith also specializes in urgent care and has been practicing medicine for 13 years.

When not in the office you can find Meredith on her surfboard or traveling. She loves spending time with her husband being active and outdoors whenever possible.

Elena, our Registered Nurse, was born and raised in north county San Diego. Elena earned her nursing degree and then went on to complete her nurse externship in Labor & Delivery which is where her passion for patient advocacy continued to grow. Soon after, she pursued the world of aesthetics and hasn’t looked back since. She has always felt that it would be an honor and a privilege to help others become their best selves.

Being from Southern California, Elena is naturally drawn to outdoor activities. She enjoys early morning hikes, walking her dog on the strand, and traveling with friends and family.

Andrea Rogers is an amazing member of the Evolve Skin Spa and Wellness team. As a licensed Esthetician of 18 years, Andrea has found her passion and specializes in Hydrafacials, custom skin care and holistic health. With her many years of experience, she is sure to customize a service specified to your needs.

When not at work Andrea loves spending time at the beach with her husband and two sons. She also enjoys raising her chickens and spending time in her garden.

Bobbye has been a licensed esthetician since 2008. She is a true believer that skin health is internal just as much as it is external. She focuses on the nervous, digestive, and lymphatic systems in healing skin conditions. Bobbye is a certified Vodder lymphatic drainage specialist and is currently enrolled in the Integrative Nutrition certification program through UCSD. She also has a degree in Sustainable Agriculture and really puts an emphasis on diet in regard to skin health. In her words, “It’s all connected!”

Outside of work you can find her laughing a lot alongside her fiance and baby boy. She loves to garden and take it easy.

Emily is a licensed esthetician with 13 years of experience, specializing in lashes and natural anti-aging modalities. Passionate about enhancing her clients’ natural beauty, she blends holistic healing with cosmetic essentials to create personalized treatments that empower and uplift women.

Outside of her practice, Emily enjoys staying active with Pilates and pickleball. She treasures quality time with her two boys and her partner, Matt, often participating in a co-op school to support her children’s education and growth. Emily’s dedication to balance and wellness shines through in every aspect of her life.

All of our services are overseen by Dr. Roger Schechter (Lic #G47922).

Our Medical Director, Roger Schechter has reinvented himself three times in his career. He started as a Family Practice doctor, but was quickly enticed by the fast paced world of Emergency Medicine. Eventually, he evolved in to a thought leader in Chronic Wound Care.

Most recently, Dr. Schechter took the lead of our Evolve team. Forever Evolving the way he looks at skin and health, his innovative ways are leading to the success of our patients on a daily basis.

Dr. Schechter is not only passionate about medicine. He also loves to travel. He particularly loves circling the globe to find the most amazing surf spots.
